With the start of another wonderful fall season, Our Blue Crabs are back in Season! They’re available Barbecued or Boiled as our Thursday Night Special.
(All of our Fried Seafood Plates are served with coleslaw, french fries, and hush puppies.)
For the Holiday Season 2015, The restaurant will be closed until January 2016 except for Holiday catering and Holiday orders. Also, come inside for freezer items such as Gumbo, Ettoufee, Boudin, Sausage, Broccoli Rice Casserole, Bread Pudding, and much more.
We are now taking orders for Smoked and Fried Turkeys, Cornbread dressing, and Hams.

We have some new hours here at Cormier’s. We hope you’ve all had a great summer and are ready for some delicious Cajun style cooking! Starting September 2, 2015 until early November, We will be open for lunch from 11 to 2 Tuesday through Friday.
Every Thursday in September and October we’ll be serving our Blue Crabs both boiled and BBQ’d starting at 5:00 PM
Every Friday in September and October we’ll be serving Fried fish and shrimp plates starting at 5:00 PM.

WE ARE BACK!!! We will be opening the restaurant back up for lunch on Wednesday January 14, 2015 at 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and we will start serving crawfish on Friday, January 16th at 5:00 pm and all day Saturday January 17th. Our restaurant will be closed on Sunday and Monday.
Even though our restaurant will be closed, we will be open for holiday catering, fried turkeys, dressing, smoked hams, and all the other trimmings that make our Holidays so special. We are Now taking orders for our smoked and fried Turkey, Smoked Hams, Cornbread Dressing and other items you can find on our holiday catering menu.

Beginning tonight, Friday September 5, 2014, and every Friday night; Our fried catfish and Shrimp plates are now available.
Each plate includes french fries & Hush puppies.
Starting today, Thursday September 4, 2014, We now have Boiled and barbequed Blue crabs available for Dinner.
Now that we’re coming to the close of a wonderful crawfish season, our hours of operation are changing so that we can be ready for crab season that starts in mid-August.
Our new schedule for the next couple of weeks is as follows:
Crawfish will be available all week for dinner, but only available for lunch on Friday & Saturday.
